Program Sustainability

Improve technological infrastructure

This infrastructure investment is critical to keep organizational technology up to date, safe and secure. We need to address system weaknesses, existing and emerging threats, and ensuring our hardware and software is addressing our needs.

Acquire new technology

Association Management Software (AMS): Our current database is a turn-of-the-century legacy system that is inflexible and static. We need a new system that will allow us to shift from transactional data collection to build deeper, more meaningful relationships with our volunteers, donors, and the women and girls we serve.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): A new CRM focused on donors will allow us to understand and steward our donors in a much more effective way.

Learning Management System (LMS): New technology will catalogue and render leadership development and volunteer training content for volunteer leaders in the six languages they speak. It will allow users to create user profiles, track their learning progress, and rate the content so it can be constantly improved.

Program Database: A deeper understanding of all mission-focused work will allow us to answer questions about what drives (or impedes) our impact. Furthermore, tracking inputs, outputs and outcomes; and analyzing our impact in a more dynamic way will help us to understand our story and tell it more effectively.

Expand the Live Your Dream Awards application portal

To effectively manage the increase in applications and awards anticipated, we need to expand the use of the Live Your Dream Awards application portal to all of our markets/languages. This means more women have access to apply to receive a life-changing Live Your Dream Award.

Estimated Costs of Program Sustainability: $5.4 million

**Some projects could change or adjust due to new information or organizational needs. What will not change is our commitment to funding capacity projects that will help our organization achieve its 2021-2031 Big Goal.

“I support the Dream Big Campaign because we will be able to empower more women and girls, so they can live their Dreams and have a better life.”
