Partners will play a key role in our ability to bring the Dream Programs to more women and girls. We want to invest in identifying, building, supporting, and monitoring partnerships.

Invest in our volunteers

To ensure our volunteers and partners are prepared to deliver the Dream Programs in their communities effectively, we want to provide training on topics such as diversity, mentoring, and facilitation. An investment will also be made in helping our volunteers to grow as leaders through personal and professional development opportunities.

Attracting the next generation of volunteers committed to our mission is critical to our future sustainability. We need to uncover what a younger demographic of volunteers will value so we can engage them effectively.
