As proud Soroptimists, all of us believe in the power of dreaming big. That’s why we’ve set our Big Goal of investing in the dreams of half a million women and girls by 2031. It’s an audacious goal. But no more audacious than the courage and resolve of the women and girls you and I have served through our Dream Programs and other club projects.
Each woman and girl we help has a story. Each has a dream.
They dream of achieving success on their own terms.
They dream of raising healthy families and giving back to their communities.
They dream of a day when violence and inequality will no longer stand in their way.

Our Bright Past and Brilliant Future
This past weekend was SIA’s 100th Anniversary Celebration Event. Hundreds of Soroptimists convened online to witness the power of dreaming big. Together, we retold the story of Soroptimist, celebrating the vision of our founders, the strength of members who served before us, and the amazing ways our clubs continue to transform lives of women and girls across the globe.
As we look back across Soroptimist’s bright past, we also turn toward our brilliant future and the story we wish to write next. There are millions of women and girls still waiting for the opportunity to pursue their dreams—and we can give it to them.
That is what our Dream Big Campaign is all about—setting our sights on a big goal, with big dreams, and coming together to raise the resources needed to expand, deliver, and sustain our programs into Soroptimist’s next century.

The Dream Big Campaign is committed to raising $15 Million to invest in the future of Soroptimist, which will enable us to grow our program impact year after year and reach our Big Goal.

Members of the Dream Big Campaign Committee, the Board of Directors, Past SIA Presidents, and Soroptimists throughout the federation have already contributed over $1,500,000—before the Dream Big Campaign even launched. That’s how excited they are.
